Vinyasa yoga classes are a deliberate sequence of poses linked to our breath, to achieve a continuous flow. During the 60 minute flow on music, we aim to attain balance in our mind and body connecting movement to inhalation and exhalation. Vinyasa classes are accessible to all levels.

A deeply-immersive, full body listening experience that will nurture mind and body. During the 75 minute classes we start warming up the body with organic mouvement and end with a 30+ minute meditation while listening to cristal bols and different instruments. This class is suited for all levels and accessible for pregnant women. 

slow flows

all levels

Sometimes all we need is slowing down. Unwind, relax and reconnect to our body and mind. During the a 60 minute slow flow, we move slowly and take time to focus on our breath. During this class we practice pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditate. A relaxing playlist helps us to release and let go of any tension we still hold. Slow Flows are accessible for all levels, including pregnant women.

Pregnancy and the early stages of postpartum are times when yoga can offer immense benefits. Our sessions are dedicated to easing both physical and mental strains while nurturing the bond between you and your baby. As a young mother myself, I empathize with your unique needs, tailoring each class accordingly. With training from the esteemed de Gasquet Institute in Paris, our practice prioritizes safety for both mother and child. Whether you’re in the final days of pregnancy or navigating the early postpartum period, our sessions are adaptable, catering to the evolving needs of your body and mind.
